Reliable Flow Monitoring for AI Data Center Liquid Cooling Systems
Designed for cold-plate liquid cooling systems in AI data centers, the AI Liquid Cooling Flow Sensor uses ultrasonic transit-time measurement technology to monitor instantaneous flow rate and coolant temperature.
With no moving mechanical parts, no additional pressure loss from moving components, and RS485 Modbus-RTU communication, it supports continuous monitoring of liquid cooling circuits and helps operators identify abnormal flow conditions.
